Perfect for families and group getaways, this spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation home in Orlando offers 3,328 square feet of stylish, comfortable living space for up to 12 guests. Inside, the open and welcoming main living area features a large leather sectional, additional accent seating, and sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light and open onto the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for easy holiday dining, with granite countertops, a 4-seat breakfast bar, and everything you need for preparing meals, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. A separate dining area seats 8, creating a great setting for shared meals and relaxed evenings in. Sleeping arrangements are well suited to a mix of adults and children, with three king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one bunk room, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Themed bedrooms add extra fun for younger guests, while every bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and WiFi for added comfort.
Entertainment is a real highlight here, with a fantastic games room featuring a pool table, large TV, video game consoles, and cinema-style seating for movie nights. Upstairs, a loft lounge with another large TV, leather sectional, and a workstation provides even more room to spread out. Outside, the private pool and hot tub create a true holiday retreat, surrounded by sunloungers, a covered lanai, an alfresco dining area, and a BBQ for easy outdoor meals. Guests also enjoy access to excellent resort-style amenities, including communal pools, a fitness center, bike rentals, a golf course, and an on-site bar and restaurant. With air conditioning, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, parking, and 24-hour security, this home is a superb choice for a fun-filled Orlando stay.

The Property- We had 2 families with children ages from 14-21. This is our 3rd property we've rented over the past several years (3rd different resort as well). This was BY FAR the best resort and property we've had. Reunion is an absolutely beautiful resort with newer houses and different options ranging from townhouses/codons to incredible mansions. I would put this property in the upscale category with modern decorations and many upgrades. The location on the 8th hole of the Jack Nicklaus golf course was awesome. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony watching the golfers play through. The house had great sleeping accommodations that fit our group of 12 perfectly. The house was very well kept and stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. I really appreciated the coffee they left us as we arrived late the first night. It was much needed the next morning! The pool and hot tub were great. Very clean and a good size. We did not pay the $40 a day for heating and the temps in the pool were fine. We did miss the warmth in the hot tub late at night. Location- The are multiple gates to the resort. This made it very easy to get in and out as well as to re-route due to the Orlando traffic. We were only about 20 minutes from Disney Springs, malls, etc. The Champion's gate area as well as the restaurants/Publix on Osceola Polk Line Road are within 5-8 minutes. Very convenient. Resort Amenities- Jeeves managed our property so as one of Reunion's Preferred Partners we were able to have access to the water park. It was a great time floating around the lazy river with drinks from the bar and using the water slide. The resort was manicured and very well kept. Impressive. We didn't utilize any of the other resort pools, although there were several of them. Service- Katie at Top Villas during the booking process was great to work with. She was quick to answer questions and assist with all our needs. She helped us book our rental cars, and even though, there was an error in the dates when we went to pick them up, I don't believe it was her error. We were able to resolve it with not much issue. Once we were on the property, Jeeves managed our location. James was excellent to work with, helping us with questions and gaining water park access. I appreciated the personal letter and welcome information that was present when we arrived. Nice touches and great communication. Overall- This was a five-star house and resort in every sense. You truly get what you pay for. We will probably look to book this exact property again in the future on trips to Orlando. I was happy with every aspect.

Our family had a great time in Orlando and our stay at villa 1021 was great also. There was enough room for everyone and no complaints except the heat! The only thing I would advise is if you're going to cook and need a large pot, bring your own! There area alot of restaurants that deliver in the area also. The house was well worth the price we paid. Will definitely recommend again and we will definitely rent in Reunion resort again!
