- No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for damages.
- Occupancy Limits: The property's maximum occupancy is 36. Over-occupancy or noise ordinances violations may result in fines up to $10,000. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am.
- Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Events and Parties: Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited and will result in fines. Written approval is required for any events.
Use of Amenities
- Pool Heating: Available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Indoor Gas Fireplace: Located on the main floor living room.
- Outdoor Gas Firepit: Available on the back deck. Use is at your own risk.
