- Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Any violation will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Community Rules
- No open fires or fireworks are allowed within the community.
- 8 amenity wristbands are provided, with no extras available; children under 5 do not need wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times.
- The community amenity rules and schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Use of Amenities
- Fishing is permitted in the lake with a PA Fishing License, but it is catch-and-release only.
- Trash must be taken to the community compactor as there is no private trash collection.
Parking
- All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community.
