- No smoking on the property; violation results in forfeiture of security deposit and potential damage liability up to $2,500.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties without prior approval. Violators may be removed without refund, and all monies including deposits will be forfeited.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am; noise violations can incur a $500 fine and possible eviction.
- Maximum occupancy is based on two persons per bedroom. Exceeding the limit incurs a $500 penalty per person.
- Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet. Pets must be approved, vaccinated, and not allowed on furniture.
- All trash must be disposed of in designated bins. Excess trash incurs a $150 charge.
- Air conditioning should not be set below 72°F to prevent damage.
- No unlawful activities, weapons, or hazardous materials are allowed on the property.
- Guests must not send mail or packages to the property.
Use of Amenities
- No diving or glass containers around the pool.
- No pool use by intoxicated individuals.
- Children must be supervised around the pool and spa.
- Pool, spa, and hot tub use is at your own risk as no lifeguard is on duty.
- Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.
- Appliances must only be used for their intended purpose, and utilities are included assuming normal usage.
Safety and Security
- The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices, security patrols, and exterior surveillance.
- Any tampering with surveillance or safety equipment is prohibited.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly for resolution. However, repairs cannot be guaranteed during your stay, and no refunds will be offered for mechanical failures.
- Personal property is the guest's responsibility, and any damage or loss is not the property's liability.
