This was my 1st time booking with Top Villas and for the most part, the experience was seamless. Any issues I had were immediately addressed. I was really nervous after finding some online reviews of last minute cancelations and what seemed like a bait & switch but to my surprise, my family and I were satisfied with the process and the vacation home. The vacation home looked just like the pictures provided at the website. We had plenty enough space for our family if 13 and the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I loved the fact that we had a number to call for questions and someone was always available to speak with within a few minutes.
