Your vacation starts from the moment you walk in the front door - all you will see is the ocean views!

The first floor of this beachfront home has the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The dining area accomodates 6 guests and there is countertop seating for 3 more perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals.

The living area features comfortable sofas 1 is a sofa bed, flat screen tv and access to the beachfront deck.

Master bedroom featuring a King size bed with an ensuite bathroom is also located on the first level.

There is an additional full bathroom as well.

Second Floor:

Second floor features the rest of the bedrooms and a half bath.

Second bedroom features a Queen size bed with a flat screen tv. Third bedroom features two twins.

This home accomodates a total of 8 guests.

This beautiful home offers a spacious beachfront deck that wraps around.

Conveniently located in the heart of Indian Shores and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Bonus: This property has an adjoining guesthouse that has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. They can be rented together or separate.

The House and Guesthouse together can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.

Important info: 3 cars max Some common areas may be shared with the Guesthouse 1 small pet may be considered, there will be a $135 fee + taxes.
