Please note that there is ongoing construction on a neighboring property, currently in its final stages and progressing at a limited pace, with completion expected around January 2027.

Noise levels have generally been minimal, with limited impact on the guest experience. This is also reflected in the consistently excellent feedback and reviews from previous guests, who have continued to enjoy their stays despite the neighboring construction.
