Offering what is undoubtedly the most magnificent ocean view in Tryall from a commanding position atop Garden Hill; Quinntessential is one of the finest private homes in Jamaica where meticulous attention to detail and designers flourish result in the epitome of sophisticated living without compromise.Ten guests are accommodated in five bedrooms. The magnificent master suite in the main house comprises a private sitting room, bedroom, and terrace with infinity-edge plunge pool. In the adjacent cottage which is a mere four or five steps from the house are three bedrooms, two on the upper level and one downstairs with an adjacent sitting room or snug. The fifth bedroom is privately located adjacent to the pool. Anticipate individuality in each bedroom with bespoke furniture custom made for each room.

Tryall Club Membership
This villa requires all guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$160 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$32 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Children aged 13-15 pay a discounted rate of 50% (plus 15% service charge) Tryall is a private club whose members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, grocery, motorized watersports, Nanny services and golf. Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Dues locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register.
**Recommended staff gratuity at the end of your stay is 10% of the villa rental in High Season, 15% in Low Season, divided among your staff members in accordance with the Gratuity Guide you'll find in your Welcome Book at the villa. Plan to pay your grocery and gratuity monies in cash: US dollars or Jamaican dollars.
