The clubhouse and surrounding recreation area bring many of Solara Resort’s most popular facilities together in one convenient location.

Solara Resort Amenities

Solara Resort amenities offer a good balance between active entertainment and slower resort days. Families with younger children can enjoy the swimming pool, splash pad and playground, while older kids and teenagers may prefer the FlowRider®, basketball, volleyball and soccer facilities.

Adults can work out in the fitness center, relax beside the pool or stop for food and drinks around the clubhouse. Private cabanas offer another way to slow things down, while the different sports facilities make it easy to plan a more active afternoon.

Clubhouse Hours and Access

The Solara Resort clubhouse, water park and recreation facilities are intended for guests staying within the resort and authorized residents rather than general public day visitors.

Individual facilities operate to their own schedules, so restaurant, pool, FlowRider® and other amenity hours may differ. Opening times can also change because of weather, season, maintenance or resort operations, so guests should check current information during their stay.

FlowRider® sessions require separate payment and should be reserved in advance. Group and private sessions are recommended to be booked at least 24 hours beforehand.

There is plenty to enjoy around the Grand Clubhouse without spending the entire day in the water. Dining, exercise facilities and outdoor recreation give guests several alternatives to the pool and FlowRider®.

Dining at Solara Resort

The Grand Clubhouse provides indoor dining, while the nearby Solstice Bar & Grille serves casual food and drinks beside the pool.

Guests can stop for breakfast or a meal inside the clubhouse, enjoy light bites and cold drinks beside the water or pick up ice cream during a hot afternoon.

Solara Resort Fitness Center

A spacious modern fitness center is located within the Grand Clubhouse, giving guests somewhere to maintain their usual exercise routine during their stay.

The gym includes treadmills, weights and cardio equipment, making it a useful indoor alternative to Solara’s outdoor recreation facilities.

Sports and Outdoor Activities

Guests who prefer something more active can make use of several sports facilities close to the clubhouse.

These include basketball, sand volleyball and a full-size soccer field, giving families and groups plenty of opportunities for casual games during a resort day.

Children’s Playground

Grand Pool at Solara Resort

The heart of the Solara Resort water park is its heated lagoon-style Grand Pool, surrounded by palm trees, loungers and plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The pool includes shallower areas for younger swimmers alongside deeper sections for adults and more confident guests. Whether you want to cool off after a theme park day, swim with the kids or simply spend the afternoon beside the water, there is room to enjoy the pool at your own pace.

FlowRider® Surf Simulator

The FlowRider® surf simulator is one of Solara Resort’s most distinctive amenities, creating a continuous artificial wave for surfing and bodyboarding.

It is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced riders, with instructors available to help guests get started. Options include 30-minute group sessions, day and week passes, and private bookings for groups of up to eight people.

Sessions should be reserved at least 24 hours in advance and separate fees apply.

Surf Simulator Pool Hours: Daily: 11am–7pm.

Kids' Splash Pad

Younger children have their own splash area with fountains, mini slides, water jets and interactive play features.

Parents can supervise from nearby sun loungers or relax in the shade of a poolside cabana, while the splash pad’s position close to the Grand Pool makes it easy for families with children of different ages to stay together.

Private Cabana Rentals

For a more comfortable pool day, guests can reserve a private cabana beside the water.

The Solstice Bar and Grille

You do not need to head far when it is time for food or drinks. Solstice Bar & Grille serves casual poolside meals, light bites, tropical cocktails, cold beer and soft drinks.
