Palma’s Nit de Sant Joan is celebrated each year on June 23, bringing fire, music and Mallorcan tradition to Parc de la Mar beneath La Seu Cathedral. The detailed 2027 programme has not yet been announced, but the annual Revetla traditionally forms one of Mallorca’s biggest midsummer celebrations.
Visitors can expect correfocs featuring costumed dimonis and fire beasts, traditional dancing, a communal bonfire and live music. Celebrations also take place in coastal towns and on beaches across Mallorca, although local rules around fires and pyrotechnics can vary.
Stay for the festivities with our Mallorca villas, including private-pool homes in Palma, Pollensa, Alcudia and Cala d’Or. Choose Palma for access to the Parc de la Mar celebration or another coastal destination for local Sant Joan events.
