Festival MED returns to Loulé’s historic centre from June 25–28, 2026, filling its streets, squares and courtyards with world music, Mediterranean food, performances and art. The ticketed festival runs from Thursday to Saturday, followed by a free programme on Sunday.

The 22nd edition features more than 50 concerts across five main stages, with artists from around 30 countries. Announced performers include Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Bonga, Natacha Atlas, Lura, Los Van Van and Sérgio Godinho. Visitors can also enjoy cinema, jazz, crafts, dance, poetry, exhibitions, food and children’s activities.
