Pleasant Vacation Stay
We stayed at Encore Resort 726 over Winter Break. 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and allowed us to spread out and have privacy. There were great common areas for when we wanted to socialize with each other, but there was enough space that we could retreat to our own space when we wanted to. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, and champagne flutes. There was also a slow cooker, a toaster oven, and an electric kettle. The kids' bedroom had an X-Box, but our kids are not into video games. Each room had its own TV, which was a nice touch. The style of the house was modern and well appointed without feeling stuffy. The resort is also nice, with lots of outdoor activities (water park, tennis, basketball, etc). We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location
We love Encore Resort! The neighborhood is perfectly located close to all of the Orlando attractions. This particular home is a short walk to the pool, which we loved. The house is bright, nicely decorated, and has 3 fun games to play, in addition to video gaming system.

This property was well appointed, clean, and spacious. The Top Villas staff was top notch. We had a problem with the pool alarm sensors not aligning, and they had someone out within the hour. We will use Top Villas again!
