Chef Xiong Tang welcomes diners to the pan-Asian restaurant Zen, where appetizers include spicy tuna rolls and sake-infused sashimi. Main courses cover everything from crispy aromatic duck to wok-seared seabass.
Poolside dining
You don’t need to leave the pool area when hunger strikes. Croc’s, a casual but elegant restaurant with a breezy terrace, is right next to the pool and has views of the water park’s palm trees and landscaped gardens. Live sport is often screened here, but the main reason to go is for the icy-cold blueberry margaritas, the healthy salads and the wide choice of meals for kids.
Fast food and snacks
Sometimes you just want something quick and simple. Guests at Championsgate are spoilt for choice when it comes to fast food, and all of the big names are easy to find. Grab a donut and a coffee from Dunkin Donuts, or let Subway, McDonald’s or Wendy’s take care of snacks throughout the day. For a proper British meal, head to the fish and chip shop at Championsgate.
People drop into the casual Broadway Deli for the fresh salads and sandwiches, but end up sticking around the for the flavor-packed gelato. Another great on-the-go option is Morsel’s which serves up pastries, snacks and steaming-hot coffee.
Bars
Polished floors, deep couches and glittering chandeliers make Championsgate’s stylish lobby bar the ideal place for pre-dinner drinks with friends and colleagues.
By night, classy David’s Club is the place to go for cold drinks, games of pool and energetic foosball sessions. The extensive wine list serves as the perfect accompaniment to the sandwiches and bar snacks.
