- No events or parties without prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.
Noise and Occupancy
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced; up to two additional guests are allowed beyond the bed count.
Security and Surveillance
- The property features exterior video surveillance and noise decibel monitoring systems in common areas.
- There are two active cameras at the entry and driveway, while backyard cameras are deactivated.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available from October to April and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
- Pool and spa heating cannot operate at the same time; choose either "Pool Mode" or "Spa Mode."
- Be cautious as wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present; keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
Parking
- The driveway can accommodate up to 8 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed.
