- Smoking is not allowed inside the house; a fine of $250 applies for violations. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas.

- The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance with a minimum of 2 consecutive days; it will not function effectively in cold weather, and no refunds are offered if the desired temperature is not reached.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will only heat to the same temperature as the pool.
- Guests are advised to bring their own wash towels due to hygiene guidelines; other towels are provided.
- No daily housekeeping service is included; the property will be cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
- Please dispose of trash daily following the resort's trash collection schedule.
- Online purchases may face delivery restrictions; consult with the property if needed. Only certain couriers deliver, and packages may be directed to the clubhouse where fees could apply.
- Additional charges may apply if damages occur or extra cleaning is required due to non-compliance with house rules.
