House Rules
- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Pets must be approved in advance and will incur an additional fee of $250 per pet. Bringing undisclosed pets into the home without approval will result in a fine of $500 per pet.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violating noise ordinances can result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
- Guests are advised to deny access to vendors if they do not adhere to the recommended health and safety standards.
Use of Amenities
- Guests have access to community pools, which are heated during specific months (October, November, March, and April).
- Use of all amenities, such as the 6-person Jacuzzi and fire pit, should follow the provided guidelines to ensure safety and prevent any damage.
