- No smoking inside the property. Violations will result in a $300 smoking fee and additional charges for fire or property damage.

- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
- Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Loud noise or violations of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- No external sound systems are provided; exterior speakers must be kept at a low volume during the day and turned off by 9 PM.
