- No pets are allowed in the property. A fine of $500 per pet will be imposed for any undisclosed pets.
- The property is smoke-free. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Any violation of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000 per incident.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided or allowed for use.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration to access Seacrest Beach amenities.
- Parking passes and wristbands are mandatory and can be collected upon arrival at the Guest Service Window.
Important Considerations
- A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included, covering up to $2000. This does not extend to willful damage or damage caused by pets.
