As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open floor plan furnished with a bright and sunny style including a comfortable sofa, accent chair, and love seat. The six-seat dining table and the four-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures. A private patio with a four-seat table and two sun loungers is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather on your vacation and you can even jump into the community swimming pool right outside your vacation home. On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin-sized beds.
