- The property is smoke-free. Violations will incur a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit, along with liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm-8am are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- The home does not have air conditioning.
- Guests are advised to deny access to maintenance vendors who do not adhere to CDC guidelines.
