- Noise Control: Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Noise disturbances may incur a minimum charge of $500.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. A minimum charge of $1000 applies for violations.
- Occupancy Limits: Adherence to the maximum occupancy is required. Events, tents, RVs, and similar unapproved uses are not allowed.
- Age Requirement: Responsible guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay.
- Parking: Limited to designated areas. No overflow parking available.
- Care of Property: Guests must maintain the property in its original condition. Report and disclose damage immediately.
- Exterior Security: Property may have exterior security cameras.
Use of Amenities
- Swimming and Hot Tub: Use is at your own risk; no lifeguards. Hot tub must remain covered when not in use. Excessive cleaning or damage will incur charges.
- Snow Season Requirements: Snow tires or chains needed from November to April on Highway 395.
- Homeowner Associations: Must comply with local HOA rules; violations may lead to fines or eviction.
