- Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors, but permitted outside. Violators will incur a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and are liable for any fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm and 8 am. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events require prior written approval and incur an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be stopped, and fines will be issued.
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed but must be approved in advance ($75 per pet)
- Bringing unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book the home.
- Guest registration with the Emerald Lakes Association is necessary upon check-in.
