This newly renovated Cycladic style villa is part of a small complex of 3 villas, offering marvellous sunrise and sunset views, located in Kastraki area, with total tranquility and privacy. Kastraki area has both mountain and sea views and is a short drive from the famous beaches of Mikri Vigla, Kastraki and Parthena beaches. Kastraki 1 is the perfect base to explore all the island has to offer from tradition, picturesque villages, local taverns and breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea.
The beautiful white sandy beach of Kastraki is located approximately 17 kilometers from Naxos Town and it is the beach after Mikri Vigla. This is a beach with all the qualities expected from a Greek island. Cool, crystal clear water, sandy beaches and water sports close by. We advise car or bike rental a necessity for this area.
Kastraki 1 has 2 floors. On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living area with built in couches and dining area for up to 10 people. The laundry room is a separate room on the back side of the villa. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Additionally it consists of a separate bathroom. The main floor has access to all exits of the house being the patio, the outdoor area and laundry room. The top floor consists 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 considered the master bedroom consists of a built in double bed, en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea with built in outdoor couch, pillows and pergola to relax and enjoy all parts of the day. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single built in beds and separate bathroom for guests. Bedroom 3 consists of a double bed and has direct access to the outdoor area adjacent with the master bedroom. Plenty of cupboard space for storage is available throughout.
