House Rules
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book the home.
- No smoking is permitted on the property. Violation results in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets and ESAs (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed animals will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- The pool cannot be heated.
- Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
- Beach chairs and toys are not included. However, guests receive a $250 beach gear credit for reservations between 4-28 nights.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
