- No pets are allowed. A fine of $500 per pet will be imposed for undisclosed pets without approval.
- This is a smoke-free property. A violation results in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Occupancy limits must be observed, with infants counting toward the total guest count under HOA rules.
- No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will incur fines.
- Due to the proximity to a naval air base, guests may hear flight training noise during certain weekdays and evenings. The training schedule is generally not conducted on weekends or holidays and is announced one week in advance.
