House Rules
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine may be assessed.
- Only one dog under 25 lbs is allowed for a fee. Undisclosed pets without prior approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Infants are considered part of the total guest count as per HOA rules.
- The laundry facilities are shared with the neighboring cabin, located in a shared outdoor closet.
- Occasional loud flight training from a nearby naval air base may occur, mainly on weekdays and sometimes in the evening. The schedule is published a week in advance as the Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays.
