- Quiet hours must be observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be stopped and fined.
- Beach access involves steep steps which can be slippery; there is a significant drop to the sand due to natural erosion. A nearby public beach access is recommended.
- Fire features are subject to local burn bans; check local guidelines before use.
- Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway. Garage access is not available.
- An EV charger is available for guest use.
- The property does not have air conditioning.
- Guests should expect occasional noise from nearby naval air base training exercises, which are not conducted on weekends or holidays.
