This first floor condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has the capacity to sleep 6 guests. Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. Inside includes a fully furnished with flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and in the living room, WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. Outside offers a large private patio with comfortable furniture and a private grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the river and our beautiful canyon views. If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels (less than 15 miles away) or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
