  • No smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
  • No parties or events: Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a fine. Prior written approval is required for events or parties, subject to additional fees.
  • Pet policy: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, and they must be approved in advance. An additional fee of $150 per pet applies. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
  • Quiet hours: Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violating noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.

  • Hot tub: The property includes a hot tub located on the back deck.
  • Wood-burning firepit: There is a wood-burning firepit in the living room. Firewood is not provided.
