Description

Located in the heart of an upmarket Las Maretas residential area to the west of Playa Blanca. Set over two levels, on the ground floor is a modern and comfortable lounge with multiple UK channels, games console and dining facilities for 6 people which leads to a modern and fully equipped kitchen.

One twin bedroom is located on this level as well as a family bathroom. On the first floor you will find the master double bedroom with a shower room and another twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious terrace. The lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning for your convenience. The spacious outdoor living area is where you will spend most of your time. A stunning freeform swimming pool (heating included between November and April) is in the centre, under the large pergola are plenty of comfortable rattan seating and further dining facilities and a brick BBQ with sink for outdoor alfresco dining. A day bed is by the swimming pool for those wanting to chill out and also a table tennis and pool table are available to guests for their enjoyment. Several bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance and a regular bus service into Playa Blanca town is also nearby.

Location

Stunning beaches are right on your doorstep in Playa Blanca. Literally translated to White Beach, this bustling resort is nestled on Lanzarotes southern tip and includes three wonderful beaches, including the main Blue-Flag beach backed by a restaurant-filled promenade. There's an abundance of shopping opportunities in the town as well as a lively night scene, and day trips couldn't be easier - as you have the breath-taking Timanfaya National Park just 15 minutes away, whilst the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura can be reached in a short boat ride from the pretty harbour.
