This delightful, detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet part of Cala D'Or, just 80m from Es Pou beach with its gently sloping soft sand. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants also within easy walking distance with one just 100m away from the villa. The master bedroom on the first floor has a large private terrace, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there are three other twin bedrooms, a further shower room, a spacious living room with dining area and a separate fitted kitchen. Outside there is a spacious sun terrace with sun beds and a parasol which surrounds the swimming pool. Patio furniture and a brick-built BBQ are provided to enjoy Al Fresco dining. To the rear of the house is a lovely shaded lawn making an ideal children's play area.
Changeover Days: Usual day is Saturdays.
