- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am; noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Fines for violations can reach up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must supply their own beach and pool towels.
- A pool pass is required for access to the Mariners Walk pool from May to September. Pools are open year-round but are not heated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Access to facilities such as golf, tennis, and the spa at Wild Dunes must be arranged separately.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted inside Wild Dunes.
Parking
- One designated parking spot is provided, with additional first-come, first-served parking available.
- A car pass is required for access to Wild Dunes; this will be emailed before arrival.
