House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
- Smoking is prohibited within the property. Violations incur a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed. Undisclosed pets result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted within the Wild Dunes area.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited and will incur fines if held without prior written approval.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must provide their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs and toys are not included; however, a beach gear credit is available for reservations between 4-28 nights.
- The Seascape pool is available seasonally from May to September and is unheated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Access to Wild Dunes amenities, such as golf, tennis, or the spa, requires separate booking.
Parking and Access
- Two parking spots are provided, and guests must have a car pass to access Wild Dunes. Passes are emailed prior to arrival.
Health and Safety
- Vendors maintain the property according to CDC guidelines; guests are encouraged to deny access if guidelines are not followed.
