- Smoking is prohibited. Violations will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed animals will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Disturbances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events are restricted unless prior written approval is obtained, with an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be penalized.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. Beach gear is available for reservation post-booking, for stays between 4-28 nights, via a credit.
- A pool pass is required for access to Mariners Walk pool from May to September. Pools are not heated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Use of trailers and motorcycles is prohibited within Wild Dunes.
- Access to additional amenities at Wild Dunes, such as golf, tennis, or the spa, requires separate booking.
