House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this home.
- This property is smoke-free. Violating the no-smoking policy incurs a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be terminated, and fines will be imposed.
Pet Policy
- No pets, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), are allowed. Fines of $500 per pet will apply for undisclosed animals.
Use of Amenities
- Guests need a pool pass for Lagoon Villa pool access from May to September. Pools are open year-round but are not heated.
- Guests must provide their own beach/pool towels.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Parking and Vehicle Restrictions
- Two parking spaces are available.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not permitted within Wild Dunes.
Additional Notes
- Only authorized guests are allowed; no additional guests without prior approval.
- Guests are advised to deny access to third-party vendors not adhering to safety standards.
