- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; however, it is permitted outside. Violation will lead to a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and potential liability for fire or property damage.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm. Violation of noise ordinances could result in fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are not permitted and will result in fines. Prior written approval and an additional fee are required for events or parties
- The rowboat and treehouse are unavailable for guest use.
