- No pets are allowed in the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- This is a smoke-free property. Breaching the no-smoking rule will result in a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit, as well as liability for any resultant damages.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced; no speakers or sound systems are permitted. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- No events or parties are allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.
- The driveway features a steep 45-degree incline and provides parking for one car, with space for two additional cars on the adjacent dirt road.
- The home does not have a washer and dryer; access to these is provided in the garage, requiring guests to exit the property to use them.
- Please note the property has open windows throughout, and there is no dining table available.
