- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violating the no-smoking policy will incur a $300 smoking fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets are welcome for a fee. However, bringing undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced to maintain a peaceful environment. Violating noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after use.
- The dumpsters outside the units are for commercial tenants only. Guests should use the shared trash and recycling cans in the garage.
- The outdoor lighting is automated to turn on at dusk and off at dawn.
- There is limited bike storage inside the garage and ski storage lockers. Guests must provide their own locks.
- Each unit offers one EV outlet in the garage; guests must bring their own charger.
