- No smoking, vaping, or use of electronic cigarettes is allowed inside the home. Violating this rule results in a minimum charge of $1000.
- Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 non-refundable fee and potential eviction.
- Parties, events, and large gatherings, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings, are prohibited.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay. Bookings made with false information may lead to eviction and forfeited payments.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to. Unauthorized additional guests may result in eviction and forfeiture of payments.
- Swimming and use of hot tubs are at your own risk as no lifeguards are on duty.
- Hot tubs should be used without bathing products, with covers kept on when not in use. Damage or excessive cleaning fees may apply.
- Respect neighborhood and HOA rules, including those related to parking and amenity access. Violations may result in fines or eviction.
- Guests are responsible for reporting any damage and leaving the property in the same condition upon departure. Unreported damages could incur additional fees.
- Noise levels are monitored; disturbances may lead to a $500 minimum charge.
- If relocation is necessary due to management changes, a comparable home will be offered.
- Guests are responsible for using only personal beach or pool towels for swimming activities. Refunds are not provided for malfunctioning hot tubs or pool heat.
