- This is a smoke-free property. Violations result in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Noise ordinance violations may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and a fine will be applied.
Use of Amenities
- Security cameras are installed at the front and rear ends of the property. Cameras at the rear are deactivated during stays.
- The garage is not accessible to guests; parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway, with space for a third vehicle on the grass under the light.
- Guests should deny access to any third-party vendors not adhering to PPE standards during property maintenance visits.
