  • BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning
  • This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
