- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance. It is heat exchange-based and may not function in cold weather.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will share the same temperature as the pool when heated.
- Pool heater temperature will not exceed 95°F and a minimum of three consecutive days is required for heating.
- Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning if house rules are not adhered to.

Close to everything!
We love this house! It was designed super well. The floor plan works great with littles trying to sleep and bigs being loud! Will be much nicer when amenities and construction in neighborhood is all done.
