Use of Amenities
- Pool heater should be requested 48 hours in advance and requires a minimum booking of two consecutive days; it will not operate effectively in cold weather, and refunds are not available for temperature issues.
- Ensure the trash is disposed of daily in the resort dumpsters to maintain cleanliness.
- Towels, excluding wash towels, will be provided proportionate to the number of guests.
- The property is self-catering; guests are encouraged to bring their own personal items and groceries.
Additional Notes
- Online purchases should be arranged with UPS, DHL, or FEDEX as USPS will not deliver to vacation properties. Packages may also be delivered to the resort clubhouse, but fees may apply.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not include jets; it shares the same temperature as the heated pool.
