- Smoking is not permitted inside the property; a $250 fine will be incurred for non-compliance. Smoking is allowed only in designated external areas such as the balcony and pool area.
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance. It costs $35 per day with a minimum usage of two consecutive days.
- Pool temperature will not exceed 95F and is dependent on weather conditions. No refunds are given if the target temperature is not reached.
- The spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets; it will be heated to the same temperature as the pool only if the pool is heated.
Other Information
- Guests are responsible for daily trash disposal according to scheduled collection days.
- Housekeeping service is not provided daily; mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
- Complimentary supplies are provided initially, but guests are expected to purchase their own toiletries and personal items as needed.
Online Deliveries
- Online deliveries should be arranged through UPS, DHL, or FedEx, as USPS will not deliver to the vacation home address. No responsibility is taken for issues related to online purchases.
