- Smoking is not permitted inside the house, a fine of $250 will be charged for violations. Smoking is allowed only in external areas such as the balcony and pool area.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- Parties are not permitted.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating requires a request 48 hours in advance, with a minimum use of 3 consecutive days. It cannot exceed 95°F, may not function optimally in cold weather, and no refunds are available if desired temperatures are not reached.
- Additional charges will apply for any damage or extra cleaning needed due to non-compliance with house rules.
- Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- Guests are advised to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals as the property is self-catering. Basic complimentary supplies are provided initially.
