Inside, the home has been thoughtfully decorated to create an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere across two floors. The open-plan living area is a welcoming space to unwind, with a large sofa, chairs and a flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options, while free WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, parking, a washer and dryer, and all bedding and towels add extra convenience. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar and everything needed for easy family meals, with additional dining space nearby.
All four bedrooms are upstairs, making it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. Two king en-suite bedrooms each include a walk-in closet, while the remaining two bedrooms both have twin beds and share a bathroom, making this layout ideal for families or groups. Outside, the private pool area is a real highlight, with a screened lanai, a partially covered terrace, outdoor dining space and sun loungers for laid-back afternoons in the Florida sunshine.
