- Online purchases will not be delivered by USPS; use UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Deliveries may go to the clubhouse and fees may apply.
- The pool heater costs $35 per day, requires a minimum of 2 consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
- Pool temperature will not exceed 95°F and may not be effective in cold weather; no refunds for unmet temperature expectations.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and requires the pool to be heated for use.
- Daily trash disposal is required in the provided plastic bench for cleanliness.
