- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and has no jets; both the pool and spa must be heated together, sharing the same temperature.
- Pool heating requires a minimum booking of two consecutive days and must be requested 48 hours in advance. The system may not function efficiently in cold weather.
- Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Online Purchases
- USPS does not deliver to the property; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx will deliver. Packages may sometimes be directed to a clubhouse where additional fees may apply, depending on the resort's policies.
