- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance, and the spa and shares the pool's temperature. The heater will not work effectively in cold weather, and no refunds are available if the desired temperature is not reached.
- Trash should be disposed of daily in the provided plastic bench.

- This property is self-catering; guests should purchase necessary items beyond the initial welcome kit.
- USPS does not deliver to vacation homes, so use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for online purchases. The resort may require package pickup from the clubhouse.
