Fantastic
Good morning. Our stay at your community was nothing short of spectacular. There were maybe two issues but I called and 1 was fixed immediately. I called in reference to the back gate that had been open and cars could freely enter without having a secure check point. I called and your company handled it immediately. My last concern was I believe you should offer a package that comes with an alarm system and your doors should have the ability to dead bolt from within the home as if you were staying at an hotel, where the door could open a little but the dead bolt would provide just an extra layer of comfort since most families are traveling from out of state and country and just want to feel secure. I also think you should provide safes in your town homes this would also help provide just an extra layer of comfort when leaving your valuables in the home as families travel through the day leaving the home. Other than that the stay was perfect and we enjoyed tremendously. I hope this helps. Thank you for the memories. We will definitely utilize you in the near future.
